Lake Vue
– Workforce Housing & Pathway to Homeownership

Lake Vue is a 71-unit workforce housing community located at 3695 Edison Ave, Fort Myers, Florida 33916, designed to create a direct pathway from renting to homeownership in as little as 24 months. The community provides stable, high-quality housing for working individuals and families while preparing them financially and structurally to transition into owning their own homes.

The program is built through a strategic partnership with NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), a nationally recognized mortgage organization focused on helping low- to moderate-income households access affordable home financing. Through NACA’s counseling and approval process, residents will receive mortgage qualification, financial education, and homebuyer readiness while living at Lake Vue.

Once approved, residents will have the opportunity to purchase a newly constructed home built by Genesis Real Estate Development, LLC, with homes priced based on the amount each buyer is approved for through NACA. New construction homes can start as low as $130,000, creating an attainable homeownership opportunity that is increasingly rare in today’s housing market.

Each home will feature durable concrete block construction, tile flooring, Calcutta quartz countertops, and high-end interior finishes, which delivers modern quality, longevity, and value while maintaining affordability.

Lake Vue is more than workforce housing—it is a structured rent-to-homeownership model designed to help residents build financial stability, improve credit readiness, and transition from renting to owning within two years.
